On Thursday I hiked the infiltration route that 3.Batt 12.Reg 6.SS Nord took from Ludwigswinkel to Wingen during Operation Nordwind. Managed to locate positions that have not been disturbed since the war. Pictured is an original 6th SS foxhole I uncovered.
